Want to know how to buy and use products that ACTUALLY work, then read this book. The author has done all of the research and presented it in a witty, concise and informative book. I will no longer be swayed by pretty packaging and I have this book to thank.

I was so excited to finally find a book that speaks the truth. With all the fluff out there you really don't know who to trust. This book came recommended to me by my skin angel (my esthetician) and after reading ms. Gibbs credentials she really sounds like she knows what she's talking about.

Sheryl's sense humor is a breath of fresh air while she tackles the myths and gives straightforward advice on how to stay beautiful and healthy. As a health and wellness pro myself, I only have so many years in the industry at the ripe age of 31. But Sher is a real pro who brings her knowledge and experience to us all. I know what to put in my body to keep it healthy, on a basic level but I had no idea that the products I use every day to keep myself looking young, and beautiful were actually doing the opposite. Loaded with toxins (like most of the products on the planet today) the personal care products I used to use have been replaced after reading this book. And now, I know what to look for when shopping for new shampoos, soaps, and ant-aging products. I'm so glad to have read this book, as it is entertaining and funny I was able to learn the not-so-fun technical info that I never would have been able to learn without Sheri's ability to explain it clearly, and with a sense of humor.
